In 2024, the Changzhou Eurasian steel ball Co., Ltd invested RMB 5 million in purchasing a complete set of fully automatic hollow plastic ball production equipment, including injection molding machines, ball hot-melt welding machines, and fully automatic manipulators. Through continuous debugging and research and development, the company can now meet the production scale of 30 million hollow plastic balls per year. At present, the company can produce PP hollow plastic balls with the following specifications: 35.56MM, 33.02MM, 28.8MM, and 25.4MM. In the future, other specifications will be added according to customer needs. Meanwhile, the company obtained the Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practices Certificate in June this year and complies with the ISO22716:2007 standard. Additionally, the company's established cosmetics good manufacturing practices certification is valid to the GMPc (US) 2022 Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Guidelines for Cosmetics Published By U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standard.
